The year 3 & 4 teams have been working hard getting the play ready! We have been singing and acting and we are sending your tickets home tomorrow. We can’t wait to share it with our family 🙂
We walked to the River Mersey and looked at features of a river including meanders and flood gates. We also tested the river current by dropping oranges into the river and timing the speed it took them to travel.
We have been exploring solids liquids and gases this week. WE sorted different objects according to their properties and we also made a gas using a solid and a liquid together! We have been thinking about particles, dispersal and molecules!
Which drink will affect our teeth the most and why?
An amazing class performance from 4RA. What was your favourite bit?
Today 4JL went to Manchester Museum to find out more about the Egyptians. We had a great time. We handled real Egyptian artefacts and saw a real mummy. At the end we had to work as a team to build a pyramid out of foam cubes. We did it in 1 minute 49 seconds.
